Winking

Mike recently taught Bryn to wink. It's about the cutest thing ever. They sit at the dinner table winking back and forth, and I can't help but crack up at the two of them. It almost feels like I'm on the outside of their personal joke, which is strange, but it's awesome to see how much they love each other. Anyway, here's a series of photos showing the wink in action (on Bryn and Gab's new bunk beds!):

This one goes much better than the first. The kiddos are much more compliant, but most importantly, neither of them are mobile yet. What cuties!!!

Emily is a ham, just like her big sister Lily!  Gabs is a little more stoic.  For some reason, she seems to freeze when she sees a camera.

Sisters photo shoot

Our besties the Haas family came over today, and to celebrate this momentous occasion, I did a little photo shoot.  Lily and Bryn are 3 months apart, and Emily and Gabs are 3 weeks apart.  The result is nothing short of hilarious.  Here are some of the best/funniest, and a little commentary about what's going on...

Overheard on the phone...

Bryn was chatting with my Mom on the phone this afternoon.  Mom asked Bryn what Gabby was doing, and Bryn said "Oh, she's just playing with my friend Mommy."
